Bill Murphy, MD

The fusion of artistry with medical knowledge is what sets us apart. Dr. Murphy and staff will design an individualized plan for reaching your desired goals. Dr. Murphy is not only an exceptional physician, he has completed a fellowship in aesthetics and is also a pharmacist.
Dr. Murphy is a contributing writer for San Antonio Woman Magazine and enjoys writing and speaking to teach and help educate patients, his staff, and colleagues about aesthetics and his specialty fields of medicine. Board Certified in anesthesiology and pain management and he completed an Aesthetics Fellowship with the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine.

Tisa
Tisa is the Co-owner and has been Dr. Murphy’s best friend and wife for 49 years. She has always loved to relax and travel to Santa Fe, New Mexico and the name Turquoise Springs came from spending crisp, beautiful days under the perfect blue skies there. Tisa is a trained educator with a degree in Elementary Education from UT- Austin and is a proud Longhorn. She spent many years working with Dr. Murphy in his medical practice and has worked in business development and growing the practice in San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country. She loves beauty, color, aesthetics, people, and is the energy and heart and soul of Turquoise Springs Medical Spa. She is also known as “Coco” to her 7 grandchildren who are absolutely certain she hung the moon!
Emily
Our Clinic Director, Emily, studied business administration at Wayland Baptist University. She has been in the medical field for nearly 30 years and has worked with Dr. Murphy in all aspects of his medical and aesthetic practice for the past 20 years. For the past 5 years, she has been the manager of Turquoise Springs Medical Spa.
Emily is a highly motivated and loving person with a strong work ethic. She strives to learn something new every day and has fallen in love with the field of aesthetic medicine. Her passion is now making sure all of her clients and employees feel better about their lives and themselves because of their experience at her spa and the professional services offered there. Emily enjoys spending time with her family and being a loving Nana to her granddaughter.
Claudia
Claudia has been an Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician for 13 years. She is passionate about life itself, but her patients are very high on her list of what she cares most about. She wants to get to know them by listening to their concerns, their treatment goals, and to then go about creating a customized plan for reaching that treatment goal. Number one on the list is to help her patients feel and look their absolute best.
Claudia is trained in laser and light energy treatments including, Genesis, Halo, BBL, ProWave, Cutera IPL and YAG 1064. She is also an expert at Skin Pen, Microneedling, Morpheus8, Cutera’s Secret RF, Fractional radiofrequency, Plasma Pen MD, Chemical peels and body contouring devices such as TruSculpt iD and Flex. She is a trained massage therapist, and phlebotomist.
Priscilla
Priscilla is a licensed laser technician who is very passionate about what she does for her clients. She loves all things skin care and enjoys making her clients look great and feel wonderful about themselves and how they look. She likes to say, “it’s never too late to commit yourself to beautiful and healthy skin”. Since she was very young, she always wanted to incorporate her eye for beauty into something that could help others. At Turquoise Springs Medical Spa, she is able to bring her skills, her eye for beauty, and her passion for other people together to make her dream come true. She is proud of the skills she has to use the state of the art laser and light therapies at her spa, to help her patients reach their goals every day.
